New hub is available with four different data allowances and BT has also introduced a new range of 4G tablets.
BT has introduced a 4G hotspot and tablets as well as a range of data plans into its portfolio for customers.
The additions comes as part of the ‘Best Connected’ plan that aims to provide customers with a broadband connection regardless of whether they are in or out of the house.
Tablets and the BT 4G Mini Hub are available in four data packages, 3GB, 6GB, 15GB and 30GB per month that are doubled for BT Plus customers. Tariffs for the BT Mini Hub are discounted £5 for BT Plus and BT broadband customers.
Customers can pick up the eight inch Huawei T3 or the 10.1 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Both Tablet and Mini Hub customers can use the devices in 47 destinations worldwide for no extra cost and have the ability to cap usage to avoid any shocking bills.
BT managing director of marketing Pete Oliver said: “We want BT customers to have the very best connections, service and experiences in and out of the home.
“Our new 4G Mini Hub and tablet plans help us to keep customers connected with superfast 4G on the move. So whether you’re on that long car journey with the kids or catching up on emails on the go, customers can keep connected with superfast WiFi – along with other great benefits like free BT Sport on many plans and double data with BT Plus.”
