On March 25 the retailer will host events in several stores to mark the launch of its new high-end flagship
Carphone Warehouse has announced it will offer the HTC One (M8) in selected stores from 4pm on March 25.
The HTC One (M8) is the successor to the manufacturer’s current high-end flagship, the HTC One.
The device will be officially unveiled by HTC at special events in London and New York on March 25, after which it will become available in six Carphone Warehouse stores: London, Westfield Stratford, Westfield White City, Oxford Circus, Centrepoint and Tottenham Court Road.
Carphone Warehouse at Selfridges will also be stocking the handset from the same time. The stores will host launch events with entertainment and giveaways.
Customers will also be able to order the HTC One (M8) over the phone from March 25, and it will be available from all 770 Carphone Warehouse stores and online “shortly afterwards”, the retailer said.
It added: “The HTC One set the bar for design during 2013 and made many sit up and take notice – the new HTC One M8 is likely to continue that trend and will cement HTC’s future as a heavy-hitting smartphone manufacturer.”
