LG’s new flagship G5 is now available to preorder from EE both online and in-store.
The handset was unveiled at this year’s Mobile World Congress on February 21. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, a 5.3-inch HD display and a 16MP rear camera. The device goes on general sale from April and EE is stocking both the gold and grey versions.
For example, a 32GB model with unlimited texts, unlimited minutes and 10GB of data on a two-year contract will cost £39.99 per month with a £9.99 upfront cost. Those who preorder the device can get a Bang & Olufsen PLAY S3 speaker and H3 headphones, both worth a combined price of over £400.
Virgin Media has an exclusive offer where customers can get a free 32-inch LG HD TV with the phone from April 1. Prices start from £31 per month for 250MB of data with no upfront fee. The 32LH510 TV, worth £249.99, comes with surround sound.
Carphone Warehouse is also offering the device with a pair of Bang & Olufsen H3 in-ear headphones worth £149. It will be available from £37.49 per month (£29.99 upfront), which includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 5GB of data. It is available exclusively at Carphone in silver, as well gold.
