Sonim’s products are designed for enterprise and industrial users operating in demanding environments such as emergency services, utilities, construction, transport, and logistics.
Sonim already has a strong presence in the US and European markets. Its devices feature enterprise-grade software and lifecycle support services tailored for frontline and field-based professionals.
EGE says the partnership will simplify procurement for resellers and system integrators, while offering scalable support for businesses working in harsh environmental conditions.
The devices are ruggedised to withstand extreme temperatures, drops, and submersion. They come with a three-year warranty on handsets and a two-year warranty on mobile broadband products.
Sonim devices are engineered to meet strict industry standards including MIL STD 810G/H, IP68 dust and water resistance, and IPX9K rating protection against dust, high-pressure water, temperature extremes, and physical impact.
