TalkTalk, Fonehouse and Evolve included in list of firms now selling rugged handset
Rugged handset manufacturer CAT has announced eleven more retailers have signed up to sell its flagship handset the B15.
The device will be available from Abzorb, Crazy Discounts, Digital Phone Company, Evolve Telecom, Fonehouse Group, Kickmobiles, KingofGadgets.co.uk, TalkTalk, Unlocked-Mobiles.com, Welcomm Communications and Handtec.
Unveiled at this year’s Mobile World Congress, the £299 handset is aimed at people with ‘outdoor lifestyles’ and can survive 1.8 metre drops, is submersible for upto one metre and features a dustproof and scratch-resistant four inch touchscreen.
It is currently distributed exclusively by 20:20 in the UK and manufactured by Bullitt Mobile.
Bullitt Mobile director of technology Dave Floyd said: “We’re pleased to announce the availability of the Cat B15 on leading e-commerce sites and retail outlets. At £299 the phone will appeal to a diverse audience from outdoor adventurers to industrial/construction workers.”
