Retailer will expand its range of Doro products to include the Liberto 825 and Doro 8030
Doro has struck a deal that will see John Lewis range its Liberto 825 and Doro 8030 smartphones.
The devices will go on sale at the retailer from tomorrow (May 25) and join the Doro 820 Mini and Doro PhoneEasy 632 Flip Phone in the range of Doro mobiles it sells.
The Liberto 825 was first launched at the end of last year and runs on Android, with Doro’s user interface over the top. The 8030 was unveiled at Mobile World Congress in February, and has previously only been available from O2 or Doro directly.
Doro UK and Ireland MD Chris Millington said: “We’re pleased that John Lewis will be stocking these two devices and that we are growing this already successful relationship.
“John Lewis is an ideal brand alignment for us as it offers a shopping environment that our user group enjoy – somewhere they can relax and take time over their purchase decision.”
The Doro Liberto 825 comes with an 8MP camera and a five-inch screen. It is priced at £250 and will be available in stores nationwide and online
The Doro 8030 comes with a 5MP camera and a 4.5 inch display. Costing £180, it will be available online only.
