‘Web Shop’ provides retail partners with live data feeds on stock availability and pricing, as well as downloadable product and marketing collateral
Accessory distributor Frequency Telecom has launched a dedicated B2B portal – designed to allow its partners to better manage their accounts online.
The Beta version of “Web Shop” portal soft launched in January, providing partners with a live data feed on stock availability – which can be received via email on an hourly basis, latest pricing and the ability to place orders.
Partners also have access to back-order information, and downloadable product and marketing collateral for current and future lines for pre-orders. Frequency’s retail partners include O2 and Tesco.
Frequency sales and purchasing director John Willoughby told Mobile News trials have seen monthly orders increase 33 per cent – although declined to provide further details.
