
Giacom has signed a multi-year agreement with Northampton telecoms provider Guru Technology to integrate Guru’s systems with Giacom’s Cloud Market platform.
Guru previously used multiple suppliers and ran a competitive tender to consolidate its mobile base. Giacom was selected based on the strength of its service, Cloud Market portal, integration capabilities, commercial model, and account management.
Giacom’s Cloud Market platform will integrate with Guru’s billing system through API connections, eliminating manual data re-entry and automating service delivery workflows. Guru will also gain access to Giacom’s full product portfolio, enabling the creation of bespoke multi-product bundles managed from a single platform.
Orders placed through Cloud Market will sync directly into Guru’s backend systems, accelerating mobile provisioning and service changes. This integration is also expected to support future self-service tools and targeted cross-sell campaigns.
Giacom, which won the Mobile News Award for Best Wholesale Provider earlier this year, and Guru have collaborated for over two years. Guru conducted a competitive tender to consolidate its mobile supplier base and selected Giacom based on service quality, integration capabilities, a flexible commercial model, and strong account management.

Giacom’s support will extend indirectly to some of Guru’s key clients, spanning industries such as farming, construction, and entertainment.
Guru will consolidate its entire mobile base with Giacom under a commercial framework designed to support both organic business development and an active acquisition strategy. Guru’s provisioning, billing, and support systems will be integrated into Giacom’s Cloud Market platform.

Customers can expect faster provisioning times, improved service reliability, and greater flexibility through self-serve tools available via Guru’s user portal, seamlessly connected with Cloud Market. Features such as SIM swaps and call barring can be performed in real time, reducing dependence on manual support channels.
The partnership also enables Guru to accelerate the launch of new mobile offerings and expand cross-selling opportunities within acquired customer bases.
