Accessory manufacturer’s Power Station Go charging product was promoted in advert from the retailer
Gusto Telecom has appeared on television for the first time through an advertising campaign with long-standing retail partner Dixons Carphone.
The advert ran throughout last month and showcased the Banbury-based accessories manufacturer’s Power Station Go mobile charging product, which was promoted to viewers for the price of £29.99.
Dixons Carphone was one of Gusto’s first retail partnerships in the UK following its establishment in July 2012, having teamed up with the high street giant in March 2013.
Gusto currently has its chargers, power banks Bluetooth speakers and Apple Lightning/microUSB cable products on sale across more than 12,000 retail outlets in 16 countries, including UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Sweden and Norway. Additional UK retail partners include EE, O2, John Lewis, Boots and Sainsbury’s.
Ambitious
Gusto Telecom managing director Joe Bennett (pictured) said: “The advertisement with Dixons Carphone is a major milestone in our short history and continues to show that we are the largest mobile power brand in the UK market.
“We have ambitious growth plans for the business into next year and beyond, and will continue to take market share off our major competitors as we broaden our range.”
