Exertis to supply its partners with the Trooper 440L and 450L smartphones, as well as the Tornado 455L
European handset manufacturer KAZAM has signed a UK handset distribution deal with Exertis.
The partnership will see Exertis supply its partners with the Trooper 440L and 450L smartphones, alongside the high-end Tornado 455L (pictured), supported with a ‘why pay more?’ marketing campaign.
The trio of handsets were announced prior to Mobile World Congress in February and showcased at the annual trade show a week later.
KAZAM director of marketing Tim Beere said: “With the Trooper 440L, 450L and Tornado 455L, we now have a range of 4G phones covering the 4” to 5.5” screen categories, devices that are feature rich and highly competitive, at aggressive price points.
“Combined with KAZAM’s free cracked screen replacement, KAZAM Rescue and our 3-year warranty, we believe we can genuinely challenge the market, making KAZAM a rationale and logical purchase decision.”
Exertis director of mobile Simon Woodman added: “Increasing customer demands, mean that price is no longer the sole purchasing driver. Consumers are seeking greater value, together with a high quality user experience, particularly relevant given the recent uptake of 4G devices.
“Without doubt, working with KAZAM strengthens the Exertis portfolio and our ability to respond to a wider array of multi-channel requirements.”
