Offer open to dealers placing orders on distributor’s new online ordering system, which it claims provides them with an easier way of doing business with it
Mainline Digital Communications is offering free delivery of products throughout July on all orders placed via its new online ordering system.
The new facility, which is accessed via the EE distributor’s iManage account management portal, provides dealers with round-the-clock visibility of live stock status and the ability to place orders and order SIM cards, as well as handsets and peripherals.
Products can be filtered by manufacturer, network or device, with an instant link to the GSM Arena website, which provides additional product specifications. The system can also recommend alternative devices if a chosen product is out of stock.
Mainline managing director Andrew Boden (pictured) said: “Our iManage portal has proven to be extremely popular with dealers, but we’re continuing to look at ways to further enhance the service.
“This latest development provides dealers with an easier method of ordering whatever they need, whenever they like from an accurate and comprehensive stock list. It makes for a more reliable and streamlined supply process, enabling dealers to deliver excellent customer service and to dedicate more of their attention to growing their business.”
