Contact centre software specialists Saascoms has won a National Innovation Award for Online Self-Service Experience for its Omnireach call centre conversational software.
The Awards recognises the impact of new technologies on customer service and employee wellbeing.
Omnireach provides two-way messaging with ticketing allocation and manages digital communications in live web chat, text messaging, email, WhatsApp, Messenger or social media platforms.??The company also recently won the award for ‘Contact Centre Solution’ at the ‘Credit & Collections Technology Awards’ for the second year running.?
The company was set up 20 years ago by (main pic) Paul Nield (l) and Darren Swailes to develop customer service system offering digital letters, digital appointments via SMS, mixed number formatting validation, mobile payment portals, multi-channel comms platforms and white label digital solutions.
