Sly has over 20-years experience in the telecoms industry
Sim Local has announced the appointment of Marcus Sly as its head of eSIM business development.
He joins the eSIM specialists from technology company IDEMIA, where he held the role of sales director for six years.
During his time at IDEMIA, Sly helped supply SIM cards and SIM based solutions from tier one to tier four MNO and MVNOs worldwide.
He has over 23 years experience in the telecoms industry and has played a prominent role in the technology development and supply in 5G, eSIM consumer and IoT.
Sim Local founder and CEO Killian Whelan said: “With over 20 years’ experience in the sector, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role, which will be vital as we continue to strengthen our business partner relations and grow further as a company.”
