The OXXO supermarket chain has 14,000 stores across Mexico
STK claims it has hit a new milestone after signing a retail agreement where four of its devices will be stocked across some of OXXO’s 14,000 stores in Mexico.
The four devices are the Lychee, Raspberry, Sync 5C (pictured) and Storm 2S.
Both the Lychee and Raspberry come with a 3.5-inch touchscreen, a 5MP rear camera and 4GB of memory. They are dual SIM, with the Lychee available in white and the Raspberry in black.
A 5-inch screen and 8MP rear camera comes with the Sync 5C. It operates on Android 5.1 Lollipop and has a quad-core processor.
The final device, the Storm 2S, comes with a 4-inch screen, 5MP rear camera and dual-core processor.
STK director of business development Henri Salameh said: “This new partnership with OXXO is fantastic for STK and its growing presence in Mexico. Having four of our STK Mobile devices stocked in the OXXO stores is a milestone for the business and a great achievement. We will continue to invest and grow in this region and introduce new products suited for the locals.”
