Here’s a Mobile News-style rewrite of your story:
Three Business has teamed up with eSIMGO to offer more than 50,000 businesses across Birmingham and Bristol the chance to experience its network before committing to switch.
The initiative allows businesses to test Three’s 5G service alongside their current provider for 30 days, without the need to swap out physical SIM cards. The trial uses a 100 per cent digital, end-to-end process in partnership with eSIM Go, aiming to remove the traditional barriers businesses face when changing mobile operators.
Businesses will be invited to road-test network before switching Three Business won the Best Network for Business at the recent Mobile News Awards.
E-SIM trials are already common in other markets, such as the United States, but this marks a UK-first says Three.
Snehal Bhudia, Director of Three Business, said: “Traditionally, businesses have relied on coverage maps and third-party reports to make decisions — tools that don’t always reflect real-world experience. The trial will give customers direct insight into performance, helping them make a better-informed choice.
“Choosing the right mobile network can be overwhelming, with conflicting information and the risk of getting it wrong. That’s why we’re offering businesses a free trial of our market-leading 5G network. It’s a simple, hands-on way to experience the difference for themselves and drive real productivity gains.”

Three selected Birmingham and Bristol for the initial rollout due to their fast-growing business ecosystems and status as tech hubs. Birmingham is home to over 37,000 businesses, while Bristol has strong credentials in emerging technology, aerospace and creative sectors.
Ian Fogg, Research Director at CCS Insight, added: “High levels of employee frustration with their current connectivity indicates the scale of the opportunity for alternative 5G solutions. The ability to easily test a different network using eSIM removes much of the risk of switching mobile operator.”
