Virgin Media Business launches new 4G services to get businesses online faster

Virgin Media Business has launched a new 4G powered business-grade service designed to get businesses across the UK online faster.

The broadband provider has announced that its Back-up and Start-up services will help businesses overcome any unexpected disruption to broadband.

This 4G service will provide small businesses with an unlimited 4G dongle that can work with their existing router.

It means that in the event that there is a loss of connection that the router will automatically switch to 4G.

The Back-up service starts from £7 per month, and is available on all Voom Fibre business broadband packages and comes with unlimited data.

The Start-up service is £40 for the first month and available on Voom business broadband packages.

The 4G Start-up service that allows eligible businesses to become connected within as little as four days.

Again customers will be sent a new router and 4G dongle which enables them to get connected instantly, without waiting for an engineer to finish installing their fibre broadband.

HomeWorks

Virgin Media Business has also enhanced its HomeWorks service, which is dedicated to customers that often work from home.

The service allows customers to receive next day priority engineer call-outs, security for up to five devices through F-Secure SAFE and around the clock IT support for gadgets with Gadget Rescue.

HomeWorks costs £9.99 per month, however customers can currently sign up for £6 per month when taken with any speed upgrade.
