The network’s own-branded Smart VR headset comes bundled with its new Smart platinum 7 flagship
Vodafone has announced it is to take its first step into virtual reality (VR) by bundling a network-branded VR headset (pictured) with its new Smart platinum 7 flagship.
Customers who buy the new smartphone on pay monthly or prepay plans will get the headset for free. It weighs 260 grams and Vodafone claims it “delivers a fully immersive VR experience.” There are no plans to make the headset available as a standalone accessory.
