He succeeds Nick Jeffery who was appointed Vodafone UK chief executive in July
Vodafone Group has appointed former Dell and HP employee Brian Humphries as its new enterprise director.
Humphries will officially enter the position at the start of February next year and will report directly to Vodafone Group chief executive Vittorio Colao. The role was previously held by Nick Jeffery who was appointed Vodafone UK chief executive in July.
Responsibilities in Humphries’ new position will see him look after Vodafone Group’s enterprise business both in the UK and internationally alongside its Internet of Things (IoT) division.
He is currently Dell EMC infrastructure solutions group president (September 2016 to present). Prior to this he was Hewlett-Packard emerging markets senior vice president.
Vodafone Group Chief Executive Vittorio Colao said: “Brian has extensive and diverse international leadership experience and a strong track record in driving market share growth. We are delighted to welcome him to Vodafone.”
