The network confirmed to Mobile News that Rose will be leaving after spending less than three years there

Cindy Rose (pictured) is to leave Vodafone in April after spending less than three years as its consumer director.

The operator confirmed the departure to Mobile News. Rose joined the network in October 2013. Prior to being at Vodafone, she was Virgin Media Digital Entertainment executive director (November 2009 to June 2013).

Vodafone Greece chief executive Glafkos Persianis will become its new commercial director next month. He will be based in London taking on a role combining Rose’s previous responsibilities for managing consumer products. Other responsibilities include managing the Commercial Operations division.

Vodafone UK CEO Jeroen Hoencamp said: “We’re sorry to see Cindy go as she’s contributed very significantly to the business over the past two and half years. We wish her all the very best in her next role.”

Mobile News has contacted Vodafone for more information.
