Vodafone Business says its free V-Hub digital advisory service is now being accessed globally by ore than five million users in small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and small-office, home-offices (SOHOs) across 14 European and African countries.
This is an increase from the 3.6 million customers last year. Vodafone hopes V-Hub will have seven million users by 2025.
V-Hub was launched in July 2020 to support SMEs and SOHOs in understanding the complexities of digital tech. It offers personalised advice Vodafone Business will expand the service to provide every user with a customized action their own plan with one-on-one advice and exclusive content covering how to manage networks, productivity tools, and cyber security at no extra cost.
The European Commission’s aims to have 90 per cent of SMEs reachng a basic level of digital proficiency. The Commission supports Vodacom’s efforts to develop affordable financial and digital services at scale in Africa.
