The new cellular network reduces complexity and helps to address the evolving needs of the IoT
IoT connectivity provider Wireless Logic Group has launched a mobile network designed for companies deploying IoT applications.
Conexa, which is built over an ecosystem of mobile network operators, provides connectivity, network control and security services for regional, national and global deployment.
Single or multi-network options and models designed for both low and high data use are available, depending on application type.
Wireless Logic says that deployments are simplified by advanced on-SIM applications, distributed networking, real-time controls and cloud integration.
Meanwhile, Conexa provides features such as remote provisioning of eSIMs, security applications, and device-management and diagnostics via connectivity management platform SIMPro.
“IoT has particular requirements,” said Wireless Logic co-founder and CEO Oliver Tucker.
“For it to continue to grow, innovate and thrive, companies need a simple way to deploy and manage their solutions.”
Tucker explained that this need calls for “specific on-SIM, on-device and core network IoT services”.
“This is why Conexa is built for IoT and aggregates the world’s best 4G, 5G and LPWAN [low-power wide area network] radio networks.
“We designed Conexa with flexibility, scalability and usability in mind – as these are fundamental requirements for IoT managers and device manufacturers.”
