Manufacturer forecasting figure to hit £403.4 million, while revenue expected to rise by almost a quarter to 10.76 billion
ZTE is expecting to post profits of RMB 3.78 billion (£403.4 million) for 2015 – an increase of 43.5 per cent from the previous year.
Posting guidance for its full-year financial results, the manufacturer said revenues are forecasted to rise by almost a quarter (23.8 per cent) from 2014 to RMB 100.83 billion (£10.76 billion).
Without providing figures, ZTE said it boosted sales of 4G smartphones outside its home market of China in 2015.
ZTE recorded higher sales of 4G network solutions on a global scale, “reflecting the strength of its innovations in telecommunications networks”.
It added the growth in annual revenue was also driven by increased sales of high-end routers in overseas markets, and posted higher revenue from sales of enterprise ICT solutions, including data centre solutions to companies and government departments.
