Three has announced a second pay rise in 12 months for around 2,500 retail staff.
Customer Advisors working in nationwide stores will see a 10.1 per cent increase in wages, rising to £11.15 an hour, meanwhile staff in London stores will see an increase of 8.1pc to £12.32 an hour.
Both pay rises this year means the hourly pay outside London has grown 23.7pc and in London has grown 16.8pc since December 2021- and customer advisors can also earn another 25pc on their salary through bonuses.
Staff earning less than £30k per annum across the wider business will receive a one-off cost of living payment of £500 anf the head office will see an average of a seven per cent increase.
