Retailer adding features to its redesigned website to increase relationship levels between franchisees and customers, as well as pushing its B2B division
Fonehouse is redesigning its website to improve communication between its franchise partners and customers.
Business customers will be able to make purchases and build deals from the ‘Deal Builder’ software on the new website.
Fonehouse has 14 B2B franchise partners. Seven more are set to join before the end of the month, connecting all mobile networks except for Three.
IP integration will be included on the site, so visitors accessing the site will be directed to a page displaying details of their nearest Fonehouse shop.
This will also display a picture of the franchisee, what is available in the store, its trading hours, postal address and contact telephone number, and a map to direct customers to the shop.
Last October, Fonehouse said it was aiming to increase the number of unique visitors to its website by 150 per cent, to reach 50,000 a month by the end of
this year.
Fonehouse managing director Clive Bayley said: “We’re already finding that conversion rates are rising. We have big plans for B2B and are actively looking for partners to join our franchise programme.”
