Retailers join Carphone Warehouse, Waitrose, Amazon and Mobile Fun in selling the specialised mobile phone speakers
Frequency Telecom has struck deals with Tesco and O2 to supply the ‘Music Angel Friendz’ portable mobile phone speakers in time for Christmas.
The deal will see the product, which costs £29.99, sold in all 463 O2 stores, as well 712 Tesco stores in the UK.
Frequency, who is the exclusive UK supplier of the Norwegian brand, took stock of the products in February and has existing deals with a number of major online and retail firms, including Carphone Warehouse, Waitrose, Amazon and Mobile Fun.
The speakers weigh 150g, are made of aluminium and have a power output of 6w. All smartphones and tablets are compatible, which are connected to a 3.5mm stereo headphone socket via a USB cable.
Playback time is 120 hours on one charge. They are available in black, silver, red, green, blue, purple, orange, pink and lime.
