Gemma Glen assumes role as head of B2B sales, Raj Pandya takes up role as head of commercial management and Matt Bramwell is confirmed as head of mobility sales

Ingram Micro UK has made three major appointments across its B2B sales division, vendor management and mobility teams.

The distributor confirmed that Matt Bramwell has been appointed as head of mobility sales, as first revealed by Mobile News in December.

Bramwell took up the new role at the beginning of December, replacing Richard Wills in overseeing the mobile division at the distributor. Wills departed Ingram last month to become the new telco director at rival Westcoast.

Former head of print and supplies Gemma Glen will head up the distributor’s B2B sales division. Glen, who held a number of roles during her decade at Ingram, will be tasked with driving sales across B2B and corporate customers.

Ingram Micro has also appointed Raj Pandya as its new head of commercial management. Pandya moves from his role as Ingram’s Head of Europe (Pro AV).

Pandya has been with Ingram Micro since 2012, when he joined from Sony where he was UK GM for B2B channels.

All three will report in to senior director for sales and vendor management Mike Farrah.

Ingram Micro VP and UK & Ireland chief executive Brent McCarty (pictured) said, “We are very fortunate to have a strong leadership team with solid bench strength. Mike will do an outstanding job leading both Sales and Vendor Management for our volume business, we are already seeing some of the benefit in aligning these roles under one leader.

“With the change we’ve created some great opportunities for Gemma, Raj and Matt who all have great experience running previous areas of our business and are eager to contribute further to Ingram and our partners.

“I am delighted to see our associates realising career progression and stepping up to additional responsibilities and am looking forward to their contributions. My congratulations to the team, well done.”
