Bamboo Distribution rebrands as Bamboo Connect to reflect broader remit

Bamboo Distribution has rebranded as *Bamboo Connect* to better reflect its expanded service offering and international growth.

The company, known for providing insurance-related logistics and lifecycle management for mobile and electronic devices, says the new name aligns with its evolution into a technology-led, end-to-end fulfilment partner.

Sustainability remains central to our model. We’re continuing to invest in systems and practices that enhance circularity in the mobile device industry,” said managing director Juney Mistiki.

Founded in 2009, Bamboo was among the first to supply refurbished devices to the insurance sector and now offers claims management, repair and refurbishment, product fulfilment, recycling, and reverse logistics. Its in-house platform, *Optima*, supports everything from dynamic claims data and asset tracking to trade-in and buyback.

Bamboo ooperates in more than 20 countries across the UK, Europe and Asia, Bamboo Connect is focused on helping insurers, operators and tech brands meet rising expectations for fast, cost-effective device replacement — without compromising on sustainability.

The leadership team of Mistiki, general manager Paula Hansson, and operations director Dervish Dervish bring over three decades of combined sector expertise, having worked across distribution, insurance, and logistics.

Our new identity reflects how far we’ve come and where we’re headed,” said Mistiki. “With over 30 years’ combined experience on the leadership team, we’re ready to scale our offering while staying true to our values.”
